Role Description The Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Grand Prairie, TX. This position is responsible for coordinating customer appointments, managing service schedules, and ensuring timely communication between customers, technicians, and insurance partners. The Service Coordinator will handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, update customer records, and track vehicle repair status. Daily tasks include organizing work orders, verifying documentation, supporting claim processing, and helping customers understand repair timelines and next steps. The role also involves collaborating with the operations team to prioritize workflow, maintain accurate data, and contribute to a smooth, professional service experience.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with customers, technicians, and insurance representatives.
- Organizational and administrative skills, such as scheduling, data entry, and maintaining accurate service and customer records.
- Basic knowledge of insurance or automotive service processes, with the ability to learn the specifics of auto hail damage and PDR workflows.
- Proficiency with computer systems and office software (e.g., CRM tools, email, spreadsheets) to manage daily coordination tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to track vehicles, resolve scheduling issues, and support efficient operations.
