The DMV Processor is responsible for preparing and facilitating all the responsible paperwork necessary for timely delivery of a guest’s vehicle. Since we are a retail establishment, the hours include - evenings and Saturday rotation. We are always closed on Sundays. 

Responsibilities and Job Functions:

• Process vehicle titles and registrations with precision and accuracy

• Research vehicle titles and resolves issues in a timely manner

• Understand and follow corresponding state title processing guidelines

• Complete motor vehicle registration paperwork

• Prepare tax and title documents on a timely basis

• Troubleshoot and resolve problems specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Perform administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying and other duties associated with this position

• Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00/hourly
