We are seeking experienced Quad-axle Dump Truck Drivers to join our construction operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating large, multi-axle dump trucks to transport and deliver construction materials across various job sites. Responsibilities
- Operate quad-axle dump trucks safely and efficiently in accordance with federal and company safety regulations.
- Load, transport, and unload construction materials such as gravel, dirt, and debris across multiple sites.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on trucks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Coordinate with project managers and other heavy equipment operators to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow proper equipment safety procedures during operation, fueling, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, loads transported, and vehicle inspections for compliance purposes.
- Adhere to all safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and construction site protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a focus on heavy-duty vehicles such as quad-axle dump trucks.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic repairs and routine maintenance on trucks.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL A) with appropriate endorsements for heavy vehicle operation.
- Physical fitness to handle demanding work environments and long hours on-site.
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
