The technician will be responsible for performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventative inspections, and carrying out necessary repairs on technology systems. The candidate will also ensure all equipment is functioning smoothly and provide field service as needed.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair practices to ensure systems are properly functioning and reliable
- Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site equipment installation and servicing
- Excellent Customer Service skills to interact professionally and effectively with clients
- Background in performing preventative inspections and routine maintenance of technical systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Previous experience with structured cabling, access control, and video surveillance systems is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
- Ability to travel locally to client sites as required
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
