Duties
- Manage office operations, including clerical tasks, filing, and front desk responsibilities.
- Oversee schedule management and calendar coordination for team members.
- Handle vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Assist with human resources functions, including payroll processing and employee training & development.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and budgeting records using QuickBooks.
- Plan and coordinate events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Implement efficient office procedures to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective phone etiquette is maintained at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role is essential.
- Familiarity with medical office management is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing personnel is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
