Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
- Oversee schedule management, including calendar coordination for meetings and events.
- Handle vendor management, ensuring timely procurement of supplies and services.
- Supervise and train office staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and payroll records using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Implement human resources processes, including onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
- Provide clerical support such as filing, data entry, and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming front desk presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll management is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
