This person plays an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, coordinating client visits and consultations, facilitating virtual meetings with our team, processing client payments, and supporting daily office operations.
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates well, pays attention to detail, and understands that the way we treat people from their first interaction with DDT matters.
This is a fully in-office position based at our Park Ridge location.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
