The Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating new client relationships. Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with and industrial clients across North Carolina.
Promote the firm’s services, including environmental permitting, compliance audits, reporting, and sustainability planning.
Maintain and grow a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and negotiate service agreements.
Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure accurate scoping and successful project delivery.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase the firm’s visibility.
Track all sales activity using CRM tools and prepare regular performance reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Some experience in sales or business development, preferably in consulting services.
Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close service agreements.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel within North Carolina as required and occasionally in other nearby states.
