Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs.
- Implement effective upselling techniques during customer interactions to maximize revenue.
- Perform cold calling to reach out to prospective clients and introduce our products/services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that enhance lead generation efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support and service to clients post-sale, ensuring their needs are met.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of territory management and direct sales techniques.
