Duties
- Safely move and park vehicles throughout the lot, including those with manual transmissions
- Assist customers with parking, retrieving vehicles, and providing directions around the dealership
- Conduct regular inspections of the lot to ensure vehicles are properly stored and organized
- Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving tires, accessories, or other dealership equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the outdoor lot area, including trash removal and minor landscaping tasks
- Support delivery drivers by guiding them to designated parking spots or loading zones
- Handle guest services inquiries courteously, providing information about vehicle availability and dealership services
Experience
- Previous experience in dealership environments or retail settings is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in multiple languages (bilingual skills are a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles
- Outdoor work experience demonstrating comfort working outside in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
- Familiarity with parking procedures at or similar facilities
- Experience as a delivery driver or in hospitality roles that involve guest interaction is advantageous
