What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Marketing position at DriveCentric?
DriveCentric is the world’s first augmented intelligence CRM platform for automotive dealers. Through omnichannel customer communication, AI-powered digital assistants, automatic information gathering, and personalized marketing automation, DriveCentric helps dealers sell more cars, faster. And we’re growing quickly!
We’re looking for a rockstar Head of Marketing with deep experience in the automotive industry and a passion for building high-performing marketing machines. Your job will be to serve as a leader on our growing team, build out the marketing function, and prove marketing’s impact through comprehensive reporting. You’ll report to our Chief Revenue Officer.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Leadership & Team Building. You “lead from the front,” and the idea of building out the DriveCentric marketing department is exciting for you. Over time you can tap your network of partners, agencies and automotive marketing professionals with a “prove, then improve” mentality for hiring.
- Automotive Industry Expertise . You know the automotive industry cold and ideally, you’ve marketed SaaS solutions to dealerships before. You know dealers’ needs and priorities, you keep a pulse on industry and competitor insights, and you’re willing to get into the weeds of our CRM to understand the amazing value it provides our customers.
- Growth Marketing In A Sales-Led Motion . You know how to partner with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to augment what’s working through thoughtful marketing. You’re comfortable prioritizing across demand gen, product marketing, sales enablement, customer marketing, brand marketing, and other functions.
- Marketing Reporting. You’ll provide clear, comprehensive visibility into the marketing funnel and into ROI from marketing initiatives. You know how to drive marketing ROI in a sales-led organization, you know the advantages and the pitfalls of attribution, and you know which levers to pull when things don’t go as planned .
- Budgeting & Planning. You can build, optimize, and maintain budgets across several marketing initiatives, including conferences and events, paid media, partnerships, and more. You’re willing to make strategic bets on segments, channels, and creative marketing tactics that will drive growth.
