Demand Generation Manager

DriveCentric is the world’s first augmented intelligence CRM platform for automotive dealers. Through omnichannel customer communication, AI-powered digital assistants, automatic information gathering, and personalized marketing automation, DriveCentric helps dealers sell more cars, faster. And we’re growing quickly!
We’re looking for a rockstar Demand Generation Manager with a passion for driving growth. Your job will be to plan, execute and report on omnichannel campaigns to engage our audience of franchised auto dealer prospects.
You’ll report to our Chief Revenue Officer to begin.
Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Campaign Planning & Execution : You’ll budget, plan, execute and optimize campaigns targeting prospects across multiple channels, including live and hybrid events, email, social media, PR and digital advertising. You’re “dangerous” in all these channels and an expert in at least one, and you know how to AB test and improve conversion rates.
- Content Writing & Publishing : You may not be a copywriter by trade, but you know what useful content looks like and you’re willing to go the extra mile to make unforgettable, “unignorable” content including surveys, interviews, and data analyses. You’ll develop our content strategy, repurpose content from channel to channel, and use AI effectively for content generation.
- External Vendor Management : You’ve managed agencies and freelancers before, and you may have even worked agency-side yourself. You’ll create activity calendars, validate partners’ strategy and execution, set performance metrics and hold vendors accountable to outcomes .
- Measurement & Reporting : You’ll build on our measurement framework using tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, and Klaviyo as well as paid advertising tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and others. You’ll analyze campaigns to drive optimization and generate data-driven insights that influence our strategy on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Cross-Team Collaboration : You’ll work in lockstep with the marketing and sales teams, finding ways to support and influence the inbound lead funnel, big pipeline deals and outbound sales efforts. You’ll hold yourself and others accountable to KPIs, campaign optimization, data management, and tracking as needed.
