Production Technician – All Shifts Available
Location: Pulaski, TN
Join a leading automotive plastics manufacturing facility as a Production Technician. In this role, you'll help ensure efficient production, quality standards, and smooth operation of the manufacturing process. No previous injection molding experience is required—we provide training.
Responsibilities
- Operate and support automated production equipment
- Perform quality inspections on molded plastic components
- Identify and report defects or production concerns
- Trim, assemble, package, and label finished products
- Maintain production records as required
- Follow safety, quality, and production standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience is helpful but not required
