Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Pulaski, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our manufacturing team, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users in a manufacturing environment, resolving any hardware, software, or network issues that arise.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may impact manufacturing operations.
• Create and maintain system documentation and user guides for manufacturing team members.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
• Experience with manufacturing software and systems, such as CMS ERP or Funnel Cloud MES platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
