Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Lead Agile project management processes including Scrums, Sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Coordinate across teams (Engineering, Clinical Operations, GTM) to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
- Track and report on key project metrics, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and performance benchmarks.
- Oversee project execution within a regulated healthcare environment, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, SOC2, and other standards.
- Support teams in deploying containerized solutions with Kubernetes (GKE) and managing CI/CD pipelines (Terraform, ArgoCD).
- Manage projects involving mobile and web development (Flutter/Firebase, React.js/TypeScript).
- Partner with technical leads on projects involving AI and LLM integrations (LangChain, LangFuse).
- 5 years of experience in technical project management or similar roles.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong experience managing projects involving cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform), Kubernetes (GKE), and container technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD automation tools (Terraform, ArgoCD).
- Understanding of modern web and mobile frameworks: Flutter/Firebase, React.js, TypeScript.
- Experience managing projects subject to healthcare compliance (HIPAA, SOC2).
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and expectations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM projects and frameworks like LangChain or LangFuse.
- Certification in Project Management or Agile methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM).
- Experience in startup or rapid-growth environments.
- Reports directly to the Director of Engineering.
- Works closely with Engineering, Clinical Operations, and GTM teams.
- May oversee junior project coordinators or project managers as the team expands.
