Driskell Law is hiring an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our family law team. Our attorneys and staff are strong, integrated, and operating at a high level, but our caseload continues to expand. We are looking for someone who can step in immediately, take ownership of cases, and keep matters moving without constant oversight.
Family law experience is strongly preferred. This is not a training role.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a high-volume family law caseload alongside attorneys
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence with precision
- Prepare and respond to discovery, including organizing complex information
- Track and manage all deadlines to ensure compliance with court requirements
- Handle e-filing and confirm proper service and processing
- Maintain organized, accurate case files in our case management system
- Communicate directly with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Prepare exhibits, hearing materials, and trial notebooks
- Proactively move cases forward and ensure attorneys are prepared

What We’re Looking For
- Prior paralegal experience required; family law preferred
- Ability to independently manage multiple active cases
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and deadlines
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable
- Professional communication skills, especially with clients in high-stress situations
