Painter

Overview

I am seeking motivated and detail-oriented painters to join my crews. In this role, you will be responsible for prepping surfaces and applying paint, stains, and finishes to various surfaces across residential homes. Full-Time (40 hours) Monday–Thursday

Duties

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer
• Use hand tools and power tools such as 5-in-1 tools, carbide scrapers, brushes, rollers, and airless paint sprayers
• Apply various coatings, including paints, stains, and stucco finishes, with precision and attention to detail
• Follow client specifications and project standards
• Maintain safety standards and protocols during work activities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to comfortably work on ladders (1–3 stories)

Experience (Not Required)

• Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools
• Experience with airless sprayers
• Experience with minor carpentry, stucco application, or masonry work
• Background in renovation projects involving restoration or remodeling of existing structures is a plus

Ideal Candidate

• Reliable access to a truck or vehicle for transporting ladders, tools, and materials
• Ownership of basic painting tools (5-in-1 tool, caulking gun, orbital sander, etc.)
• Experience with interior and/or exterior painting projects
• Ability to properly prep surfaces (sanding, patching, masking)
• Strong attention to detail and clean finishing work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working on ladders and handling physically demanding tasks

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
