Overview
I am seeking motivated and detail-oriented painters to join my crews. In this role, you will be responsible for prepping surfaces and applying paint, stains, and finishes to various surfaces across residential homes. Full-Time (40 hours) Monday–Thursday
Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer
- Use hand tools and power tools such as 5-in-1 tools, carbide scrapers, brushes, rollers, and airless paint sprayers
- Apply various coatings, including paints, stains, and stucco finishes, with precision and attention to detail
- Follow client specifications and project standards
- Maintain safety standards and protocols during work activities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to comfortably work on ladders (1–3 stories)
Experience (Not Required)
- Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools
- Experience with airless sprayers
- Experience with minor carpentry, stucco application, or masonry work
- Background in renovation projects involving restoration or remodeling of existing structures is a plus

Ideal Candidate
- Reliable access to a truck or vehicle for transporting ladders, tools, and materials
- Ownership of basic painting tools (5-in-1 tool, caulking gun, orbital sander, etc.)
- Experience with interior and/or exterior painting projects
- Ability to properly prep surfaces (sanding, patching, masking)
- Strong attention to detail and clean finishing work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable working on ladders and handling physically demanding tasks

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
