POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position will be responsible for reviewing shipment materials before distributions, collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes.

LOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPAK’s Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
TYPE: Full Time; Hourly / Non-Exempt
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for scheduling outbound and inbound appointments
- Responsible for creating outbound orders in DrinkPAK’s WMS and coordinating with the Forklift Drivers to ensure shipment accuracy and prioritization
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Monitor each shipment to make sure outgoing packages are packed correctly and accurately
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
- Tracking and fixing shipping errors
- Preparing bill of ladings (BOLs)
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
- Interacts and maintains positive relationships with all levels of leadership
- Accomplishes special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management
- Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP’s and all DrinkPak’s policies and procedures
- Establishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma; Associate’s Degree preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Field or similar manufacturing / warehouse environment; 2 years preferred
- Forklift Certification preferred
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- Strong project management, time management, organization, and communication skills
- Detail oriented and ability to problem solve and cross check documentation
