Responsible for the preventative and repair of the hotel’s mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems throughout the hotel.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks and assigned work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain hotel facilities, equipment, and guest areas to ensure safe and reliable operations.
- Follow all company safety, security, emergency response, and personal protective equipment (PPE) procedures.
- Assist engineering team members as needed and promptly report accidents, hazards, property damage, or unsafe conditions to management.
