What You’ll Do
- Welcome every guest with authentic warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
- Manage reservations and waitlists with grace, organization, and clear communication.
- Create a seamless flow of service by coordinating thoughtfully with servers, managers, and kitchen teams.
- Escort guests to tables while setting expectations and creating anticipation for their experience.
- Maintain an organized, polished host stand and entry area that reflects our elevated yet playful spirit.
- Handle guest inquiries — in person and by phone — with patience, positivity, and care.
- A naturally friendly, outgoing personality with a true passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay poised under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask while maintaining warmth and professionalism.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but a genuine spirit of service is a must.
- Pay Rate: $16/hr

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Knowledge of all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
- Hold a current Food Handler Card or in the process of being certified.
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
- Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
- Basic knowledge of the English language sufficient to understand inquiries from customers and communicate simple instructions.
- Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions to enable the safe application of products and processes within the hotel.
- Ability to transport up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout the shift.
- Lifting thirty (30) pounds.
- Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 100 lbs.
- Constant standing & walking required.
- Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing and smiling.
