As a Bellman/ Driver, you will greet and assist guests as needed and offer assistance with luggage, directions, activities or rides to other areas of the resort.
Responsibilities Include
- Escort incoming guests to rooms.
- Assist guests with luggage.
- Inspect guest room to ensure that it is in order, and that supplies are adequate.
- Explain features of room such as operation of radio, television, in-room movie system, etc.
- Offer information pertaining to available hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
- Deliver messages and run errands.
- Transport guests about property on van or golf cart.
- Deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks.
- Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
Personal Skills
- MUST HAVE A CLASS E DRIVER’S LICENSE
- Must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
- Demonstrate a consistent high standard of customer service and hospitality
- Ability to accurately report information.
- Ability to scrupulously follow all Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures.
- Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change.
- Consistently maintains positive demeanor.
- Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development.
- Conducts him\herself, acts and dresses professionally at all times
- Expresses ideas and conveys information clearly, effectively, and professionally.

- If driving, a Missouri Class E license is required.
- Minimum lifting & pulling of 25 pounds.
- Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
