The Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Hotel & Executive Meeting Center is looking for a friendly and dependable Catering Sales Coordinator to join the team. The Catering Sales Coordinator supports the Catering, Sales and Events departments to ensure banquets/events are booked and executed with guest satisfaction. Duties include administrative functions, assisting with event executions, preparing reports/contracts and acting as liaison with guests and other hotel departments.

- 1-2 years administrative support experience, additional hotel front desk experience is preferred.
- Must be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate intuitive customer service and interpersonal skills.
