Drexler Insurance LLC is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). We are keeping this role open to entry-level candidates, but we are also highly interested in connecting with Licensed CSRs and Licensed Sales Agents who want to grow with us!

What the Role Looks Like:
- For Entry-Level CSRs: You will be the friendly face and voice of our office! You’ll greet clients, answer phones, handle documentation, and help customers manage their accounts while learning the business from the ground up.
- For Licensed CSRs & Agents: You will step directly into managing client policies, handling advanced service inquiries, cross-selling, or driving new business sales with access to our carrier networks and tools.
- Licensing & Career Development:
- No License? No Problem! We welcome unlicensed applicants who are driven to learn. If hired without a license, there is an expectation to study for and obtain your insurance license within the first 6 months on the job. We will provide the mentorship and guidance to help you clear this milestone!
