Insurance Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Shippenville office. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service to personal lines clients by assisting with policy inquiries, processing changes, managing documentation, and quoting policies for prospective customers. This is a critical front-line role with direct customer contact both in person and over the phone.
Schedule / Location
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (Shippenville office)
- No nights, no weekends

Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license preferred
- Experience working in an insurance agency is preferred
- Customer Service experience is preferred
- Strong phone skills and active listening
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Very strong interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Assist in writing new business by providing quotes, completing applications, and following up on leads
- Service existing accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and claims
- Navigate various insurance carrier platforms to obtain quotes and submit applications
- Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries
- Assist in the marketing of insurance products and initiatives
- Keep records of client interactions and update client databases as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
