Overview:
The Associate Product Analysts will be part of an early-career program designed to enable success through an intensive 6-8 week cross-functional training program focused on exploring the financial services industry and product management teams. Designed for recent college graduates, the program includes ongoing education and career development opportunities. Associate Product Analysts will play a vital role on the product team by contributing to project work, collaborating with stakeholders, and learning core product management practices.
As an associate, you will be aligned to:
- Collaborate with product managers to create detailed requirements and specifications for product features.
- Conduct business analysis and user research to inform product decisions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify feature opportunities and translate them into actionable product roadmaps.
- Assist in the development of prototypes and implementation plans for new product features.
- Analyze key metrics and performance data to evaluate product initiatives.
- Present findings, recommendations, and market insights to stakeholders.
- Participate in team processes and discussions, contributing to project milestones and deliverables.
- Support product development by driving alignment between engineering, design, and stakeholders.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
- Previous internship or coursework in product management, business analysis, or a related area.
- Minimum requirement of a 3.2 cumulative GPA.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to start early July 2026 alongside other cohort members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, translating technical needs into actionable business priorities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools is a plus.
Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $70K - $80K.
