ABOUT THIS ROLE The Associate Product Analysts will be part of the Apex Leadership & Development Program (ALDP), a cohort-based, early career program designed to enable success through an intensive 6-8 week cross-functional training program focused on exploring the financial services industry and lines of businesses across Apex. The program is designed for recent college graduates and will provide ongoing education and career development opportunities. You will play a vital role in our product team, contributing to the success of our products. Additionally, you will work closely with experienced product managers, gaining hands-on experience in the financial services industry. This opportunity is expected to begin in late June 2026. Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers on well-scoped components or projects Contribute to the delivery of larger projects, focusing on skill development Assist in executing the company's product strategy Support the product team by volunteering for relevant projects Participate in preexisting team processes Lead 0-1 feature teams as assigned Handle projects with well-defined scopes and quarterly milestones Work under the guidance of a PM2 or senior dev/manager Manage project priorities within a single product scope Participate in group discussions and contribute to group decision-making Provide relevant feedback during group conversations Conduct research tasks, summarizing findings qualitatively and quantitatively Communicate updates and information to team members responsible for customer communication Drive energy and highlight success within your immediate feature team Contribute to data gathering that supports product strategy defined by others Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to start late June 2026 alongside other cohort members Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail Curiosity and a strong desire for learning and improvement Ability to thrive in collaborative environments Effective written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated leadership abilities within a team Interest in financial markets and fintech Eligibility to work in the US without employer sponsorship Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in any business-related major, preferably Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems with business experience Minimum requirement of a 2.5 cumulative GPA Work Environment: Office-based role in Austin, TX, with 4 days per week in the office Fast-paced, dynamic environment We’d love to hear about: Exceptional problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Curiosity to learn and a drive to improve Ability to thrive in collaborative environments Effective communication skills Demonstrated leadership ability Interest in financial markets and fintech #product management #entry-level #full-time #LI-DNI OUR REWARDS We offer a robust package of employee perks and benefits, including healthcare benefits (medical, dental and vision, EAP), competitive PTO, 401k match, parental leave, and HSA contribution match.
