Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Glen Ellyn, Illinois for an Inside Sales/Technical Customer Support professional specializing in electric motor repair and sales. The role includes engaging with customers to assist with their motor repair and new sales needs, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will collaborate with team members to maintain exceptional customer service, support sales operations, and foster positive business relationships.
