What You’ll Do

Lead our talented banquet kitchen team in preparing and presenting food that excites and delights, ensuring every dish meets theWit’s high standards.

Collaborate closely with Banquet Captains and Event Managers to flawlessly deliver food service that exceeds guest expectations on schedule.

Mentor and motivate culinary staff to develop their skills and perform at their best.

Assist in menu planning and recipe development to keep banquet offerings fresh, creative, and cost-effective.

Manage inventory levels, kitchen cleanliness, and sanitation, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.

Work alongside your team during busy events to ensure smooth execution from prep to plate.

Inspect plating and buffet setups for consistent quality and presentation.

Support daily kitchen operations across hotel outlets as needed.
What You Bring

2–3 years of culinary experience in high-volume banquet or hotel kitchens, with supervisory experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail, passion for food quality, and ability to lead diverse kitchen teams.

ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.

Stamina to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and lift up to 50 pounds.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $24.00 per hour.
