JOB TITLE: Program Manager, Taos NEST Family Resource Center
STATUS: Full-time, Regular, hourly, non-exempt PAY RATE: $24-$30 per hour
REPORTS TO: Director of Adult Services
Program Manager:
- Maintains trauma-informed, supportive environment for everyone using the facility
- Oversees safe, effective program operations
- Ensures provision of basic services in an emotionally and physically safe, clean, and supportive atmosphere
- Embodies DreamTree’s values of integrity and safety, dignity and empathy, connection, diversity, equity, inclusion and justice, and adaptability
Education & Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 years of management and/or supervisory experience in a human services related field
- High School Diploma / GED and 2 years of relevant experience in a human services related field OR Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field of study and 1 year of relevant experience in a human services related field
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Street Outreach Coordinator, Case Manager, Resource Advocate, Service Navigator, and LEAD Case Manager
- Coordinate with all service agencies at the resource center
- Participate in hiring, coaching, and addressing performance issues of employees
- Coordinate Family Resource Center Advisory Council
- Coordinate initial training for new employees
- Oversee scheduling and coverage of Street Outreach routes
- Oversee data collection and reports for programs
- Ensure program environments operate safely, including review of incidents and follow-up
- Facilitate grievance process when needed
- Monitor and maintain consistency, fairness, and clarity when executing program guidelines and expectations
- Review staff notes and files
- Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled, including all staff meetings, one-on-one meetings, reflective supervision, and others as designated by supervisor
- Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled, including all staff
- Participate in the on-call phone rotation schedule
- Maintain a clean driving record based on DreamTree Project insurance requirements
- Participate in other duties as assigned
Additional Compensation:
- $100 = 30 Days after start date
- $100 = 60 Days after start date
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
