• Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to control costs
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction

• Maintain financial records, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for management

Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role
• Wine Knowledge
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Sound understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
