This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager based in Dallas, TX. The Front Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the front office area, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising staff, addressing guest inquiries and requests, managing reservations, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating with other departments to ensure operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Experience in Office Administration and Front Office operations
- Proven track record of delivering excellent Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
