What You'll Do

• Provide guidance, support, and supervision to youth in a residential setting.

• Help create a positive and nurturing environment that promotes growth and success.

• Build positive relationships with youth, families, and treatment team members.

• Participate in Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings and treatment planning.

• Support youth in developing healthy coping skills, decision-making skills, and independent living skills.

• Respond appropriately to behavioral and emotional crises.

• Ensure the safety, well-being, and dignity of all youth in our care.

• Contribute to a team culture focused on respect, accountability, and empowerment.

Qualifications

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.

• Experience working with youth, adolescents, or families.

• Experience in residential, behavioral health, education, mentoring, or human services settings.

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or positive behavior supports.

Schedule

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Team members should be willing to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts. We work together to ensure coverage while maintaining a healthy team environment.

Requirements

• Valid North Carolina Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Ability to safely respond to emergency situations when necessary.
