In just one year of operations, we've booked >$2M of revenue, become profitable, built GTM partnerships with a leading GenAI player and a global consulting company and achieved sustained traction with F500 players across luxury fashion, fast food, resorts & entertainment, and many other sectors.
We are primed for explosive growth and are looking to scale our New York team to support an expanding client base. If you’re excited to help build an agentic marketing business and transform marketing, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
This is a true operator role for someone eager to not just shape DreamReal's GTM strategy on paper but own its implementation. You will:
- Fully own the commercial and expansion strategy for 2-3 flagship enterprise accounts
- Drive relationships and delivery across clients (incl. campaign design, marketing enablement and agentic tool deployment)
- Interface directly with senior decision makers across the client base to maintain growth momentum and product adoption
- Partner with the Product/Tech team to build relevant agentic workflows, discover new ways to leverage state-of-the-art AI creative tools and expand AI skillsets across your clients
- Lead a team of creative strategists, designers and editors through client engagements
- Collaborate directly with DreamReal’s executive team and shape our product roadmap, go-to-market strategy and internal operations
Compensation Structure
- Base salary: $125,000–$150,000 (experience dependent)
- Performance bonus: Up to 25% based on project delivery & client outcomes
- Early-stage equity grant
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in top-tier consulting, marketing, advertising or client/professional services
- Comfort with ambiguous settings and an entrepreneurial mentality where getting your hands dirty and learning new tools is table-stakes
- Eagerness to work directly with state-of-the-art AI tech
- Strong visual & narrative skills (previous exposure to marketing and/or branding is a plus)
- Nice-to-have: An eye for the visual (e.g., photography, painting, film, design, content creation) through formal training or as a hobbyist
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
