What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver position at DreamLife Recovery?
POSITION PURPOSE:
- The Behavioral Health Tech. (BHT) is expected to understand and implement individual treatment plans, record patient behavior and provide a safe, supportive environment for the patients. Technicians may provide and record patient medications and assisting in daily activities.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional training as a Driver.
EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 2 years Client Driver Experience
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
- Maintains current CPR certification.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards.
- Knowledge of Detox and Substance Abuse.
- Demonstrates Proficiency in Verbal and in Written Communication Skills.
- Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Patient Confidentiality laws.
- Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace Policies
- Knowledge of Workplace Violence Prevention
- Knowledge of Corporate Integrity & Compliance Program
- Knowledge of Safety Management / Infection / Risk Management.
- Proficient in all areas of personnel management.
