Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and reviewing borrower documentation, packaging and submitting files to lenders, tracking and clearing conditions, coordinating with title companies, appraisers, attorneys, and other third parties, and maintaining clear communication with loan officers and borrowers. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with borrowers, loan officers, lenders, and third-party partners.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a mortgage processor or in a closely related mortgage operations role.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proven ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort with mortgage LOS systems, lender portals, and standard office software (e.g., Excel, Word, email platforms).
