Here Is What We Are Looking For
- Review initial loan approval and work with borrower to gather appropriate documentation
- Collect all required documentation for the loan package
- Create a loan submission package for the Underwriting department
- Submit files to assigned Underwriter
- Satisfy all conditions when received from Underwriter
- Communicate with other professionals, including attorneys, county clerks and title companies
- 10 years processing residential mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional/ Purchase, Refinance) under various programs in a quality consistent with all company policies and procedures as well as meeting all government and regulatory requirements
- Utilize in house technical systems and programs such as Encompass
- Thorough working knowledge of underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills
