Position Summary
Dreamers Event Rentals is seeking self motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, demonstrates excellent organizational skills and has a passion for completing assignments in an efficient and timely manner. The crew leader is responsible for installing tents, assisting in delivering and fulfilling rental equipment for client orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare, load and unload orders
- Clean, organize and manage inventory items
- Drive company vehicles up to a 20ft box truck
- Lead tent installations (training provided)
- Manage a small team
- Operate light machinery & equipment
- Communicate with clients to provide a great rental experience
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment on job site
- Occasionally perform other related tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- MUST be available to work between August through November
- Occasional weekends required
- Must be able to lift/move 50-75lbs
- Must be willing to work outdoors in inclement weather
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Prioritize safety and efficiency
- Positive attitude and optimistic
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (No degree required)
- 1 Years of general labor experience (Required)
- 1 Years of field service experience (Highly-Preferred)
- Training will be provided
Work Location:
- One location
- Regular travel to client job-sites
Schedule:
- Avg Weekly Hours: 30-40 (Will vary based on work load)
- Mon - Fri: 8am - 4:30pm
- Travel to Client Job-Site
- You may be required to occasionally work on weekends
Compensation:
- Starting rate during first 30 day orientation: $20/hr
- *Pay rate after 30 day orientation period: $22/hr
