Mulch and Bed Maintenance Crew Leader/Driver

We are an Annapolis lawn care and maintenance company looking to hire a Division Lead/Driver for our Bed, Mulch and Property Maintenance service category.

Candidates for this position should have at least one year of experience in a landscaping lead role with demonstrated knowledge of and production in the property clean-up/mulch install category from project start to finish.

Specific professional skills would include but not limited to - pruning, weeding, perennial cut-backs, edging, mulching, leaf blower, equipment and vehicle care.

Required management skills include - leading by example, delegating tasks, managing a team, teaching job skills to new hires, responsibility prioritization, time management and the ability to motivate with a positive attitude and energy.

Clean driving record and experience driving an F-250 and 16 foot trailer rig (or similar) is required.

Pay and benefits are "best in the industry" for the right person. Starting pay at $23 and up to $26. Further promotions and raises are achievable with proven mastery of our services and procedures. This is a 40-45 hour/week position, with paid overtime, MANY benefits and almost all weekends off.

**Not as experienced, yet? We are hiring crew to start on trimmers and blowers - $19 and quickly advance to $20 with proven production and we can teach you to grow into the driver roll with promotions and reward with proven quality work.**
