Leasing Agent & Assistant Property Manager — DREAM SD San Diego, CA | Full-Time | In-Person | Immediate Hire

The DREAM SD dream team is growing — and we are looking for someone special to grow with us.

This is a Leasing Agent and Assistant Property Manager role. You will be doing it all — and we need someone who thrives in that environment.

Here is who we are:

DREAM SD is a women-owned property management and leasing company based in San Diego. We manage 300 units, carry 35 development projects across San Diego County, and we are one of the top leasing teams in this city. We are fast. We are intentional. And we are just getting started.

Here is what you will be doing:

→ Leasing units across our growing portfolio of properties

→ Conducting showings — including weekends

→ Processing applications and guiding tenants through the leasing process

→ Supporting day to day property management operations

→ Communicating with tenants, owners, and vendors

→ Ensuring compliance with California tenant laws and regulations

→ Working closely with our team on new lease-up projects from start to finish

→ Keeping up in a fast paced, high growth environment where no two days look the same

Here is what you need to bring:

→ Active California Real Estate License — required

→ Ability to work weekends for showings — required

→ Experience in property management, leasing, or real estate

→ Strong knowledge of California tenant laws

→ Fast-paced, self-driven, and highly organized

→ Strong communicator who builds relationships naturally

→ Bilingual in English and Spanish — strongly preferred

→ Someone who genuinely cares about the communities they serve
