Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Cabinet Assembler to join our team specializing in high-end residential and commercial cabinetry projects across Arizona. This role involves transforming shop drawings and cut lists into beautifully crafted, precise cabinetry and millwork components. Our shop environment is clean, well-equipped, and focused on teamwork, craftsmanship, and delivering a premium client experience from design to installation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency in every project.
Responsibilities
- Cut, assemble, and build custom cabinetry and millwork components based on shop drawings or cut lists.
- Work with materials including plywood, MDF, melamine, hardwoods, veneers, and laminates.
- Operate woodworking equipment such as table saws, edge banders, sanders, and hand tools with precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Read and interpret detailed shop drawings, cut lists, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and uphold quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance before delivery or installation.
Skills
- Proven experience in cabinetry or millwork assembly, preferably with high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery such as table saws, edge banders, sanders, and hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and cut lists accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on craftsmanship and precision.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to woodworking equipment and shop practices.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
