Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. Del Sol Custom Cabinets is a rapidly growing custom cabinet and architectural millwork company specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects across Arizona. We take pride in craftsmanship, precision, and delivering a premium client experience from design to install. Our shop is clean, well-equipped, and built around teamwork and quality.
Responsibilities
- Cut, assemble, and build custom cabinetry and millwork components from shop drawings or cut lists
- Operate table saws, edge banders, sanders, and hand tools with precision and safety
- Read and interpret cabinet shop drawings (frameless and face-frame)
- Perform quality checks on fit, finish, and hardware installation
- Work with materials including plywood, MDF, melamine, hardwoods, veneers, and laminates
- Collaborate with the shop team and project coordinators to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in cabinet making or millwork assembly (residential or commercial)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cut sheets
- Knowledge of custom cabinetry hardware, drawer boxes, face frames, and case construction
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Self-motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Installer experience is a plus
- Edgebander and finish experience is a bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
