What are the responsibilities and job description for the Land Transaction Coordinator position at Dream Finders Homes?
We are seeking a Land Transaction Coordinator to facilitate transactions while coordinating with all parties involved.The Transaction Coordinator will be working with team members within the office as well as outside vendors, Title Companies, and Relators. Daily tasks include tracking deadlines, communicating expectations, preparing, requesting and supplying documents while ensuring accuracy of information.

The employee is often required to sit and use theirhands and fingers to handle, feel, and operate office equipment such as a computer, copier, and office supplies. You will also be required to drive and travel for this position.In addition, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with their arms and hands, and to stoop, kneel or crouch. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare, request and supply documents needed to ensure a comprehensive disposition process
- Make initial contact with buyer(s) and walk them through closing process
- Track & confirm all parties adhere to contract deadlines
- Coordinate runner to confirm repairs, add/remove security, etc
- Summarize repair request, hand off to construction team, and confirm completion
- Ensure all required appliances are present and installed by deadlines
- Coordinate staging & de-staging
- Ensure properties have utilities/lawn care/insurance when applicable
- Run L10 Disposition Pipeline meetings
- Exceptional communication skills -- both written andverbal
- Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key businesspartners
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strongrelationships
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data
- Excellent management skills
- The work environment is representative of an office/field setting
- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate
