We’re looking for an experienced contractor who knows how to lead, build, and be a reliable part of our team. At DreamDecks, we create top-of-the-line, luxury decks and outdoor spaces that stand out. We need someone who can jump in, take charge, and help us keep delivering the best of the best.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of builders on various projects, making sure everything runs smoothly and meets our high standards
- Use your construction skills to build decks and outdoor structures that wow our clients
- Solve problems on the fly and keep projects moving forward
- Be a dependable part of our team, showing up ready to work, every day
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in deck building or construction
- Strong leadership skills—you can manage a crew and get results
- Great attention to detail and a passion for quality work
- A positive attitude and a commitment to being a consistent team player
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather
