Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Home Morning Position
Overview
We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with an adorable 3-year-old client in their home. This is a Monday–Friday position from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The RBT will provide high-quality behavioral therapy services using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support the child’s development, independence, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Use evidence-based ABA techniques during therapy sessions
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote independence
- Collect, record, and analyze data accurately to track progress and inform treatment decisions
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment
- Collaborate with supervisors, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment
- Address challenging behaviors using appropriate behavioral management strategies
- Maintain confidentiality of client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Complete session notes, medical records, and progress documentation accurately and on time
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder
- Knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral therapy techniques
- Strong data collection and documentation skills
- Ability to assist with ADLs and provide patient-centered care
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and medical documentation standards
- Excellent communication, patience, and empathy
- Ability to work independently while following detailed treatment plans and protocols
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and compassionate care
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
