What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician position at Dream Builders ABA?
Dream Builders ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work 1:1 with clients in their home to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
The estimated schedule for this client is Monday–Friday during afternoon/evening hours, for approximately 10-15 hours per week, in Suffolk, VA 23434.
**Responsibilities:** -
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
- Implement behavior plans and skill acquisition programs as directed by the BCBA
- Collect data on client progress and behavior.
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to support clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using provided tablet.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements:

- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
