Requirements
- Must pass drug test
- Min 3 preferably 5 years experience in carpentry and framing.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and blueprints.
- Manage and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide work execution accurately.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards by conducting regular safety inspections and enforcing safety protocols across the site.
- Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials.
- Coordinate with project managers on project scheduling, budgeting, contracts management, and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, incident logs, and inspection records for transparency and accountability.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in construction management roles with a strong background in construction site operations.
- Extensive hands-on experience with carpentry.
- Solid understanding of contracts management and ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment on heavy construction.
