Production Lead – First Shift (Monday–Friday)

Status: Full-Time, 1st Shift

DRC Industries is bringing a new production machine online, and we’re seeking a motivated Production Lead to oversee its operation and guide the team to success. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys problem-solving, continuous learning, and working directly with their team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operation of a new production machine and ensure efficient workflow.
Lead, support, and work alongside team members in the production area.
Train team members on processes, equipment use, and safety procedures.
Monitor and maintain production records, inventory movement, and job tracking using company software and ERP systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with minor equipment adjustments.
Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments regarding production needs, progress, and issues.
Qualifications
Mechanically inclined with the ability to understand and troubleshoot production equipment.
Comfortable learning new computer software, including ERP systems for inventory and production tracking.
Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Ability to work Monday–Friday on first shift.
