What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brokerage Marketing Coordinator (206) position at DRB Homes?
JOB PURPOSE:
This position will require a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to coordinate the administrative activities of our Realty department while assisting with the daily activities as directed and in coordination with the Corporate Marketing department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works independently and within a team on special projects. Prepares financial, statistical, narrative and / or other reports as requested by Management
- Answering calls for Realty from consumers or agents
- Working with Division Sales Representatives in coordinating calls
- Provides administrative support to Marketing Management Team
- Supports all Realty and Corporate Marketing Management in various tasks
- Responsible for updating MLS and maintaining timely
- Responsible for updating company website with changes as directed by management
- May be required to handles interoffice mail and packages
- Other duties as apparent or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and Skills
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Personable and excellent phone etiquette
- Able to work in team environment
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individual at all levels of the organization as well as outside agents, customers
- Ability to work well under deadlines
- Various system experience a plus
Education and Work Experience
- Associates degree or 1-2 year equivalent experience OR combination of education and skills.
- Experience with a homebuilder or real estate agency is preferred
