DramaByte is looking for a Director who can make strong creative choices quickly and lead a set with confidence. This is not a role for someone who needs endless time to find the scene. We want directors who are prepared, decisive, collaborative, and comfortable working inside a fast-moving production model.
The right director understands performance, pacing, visual storytelling, and how to translate intention into something that can actually get made. You should know how to protect the standard of the work while still respecting the realities of schedule, budget, and momentum.

What You'll Own
- Lead the creative execution of scripted productions from prep through shoot - Work with cast to shape performances and scene tone
- Collaborate with the DP, AD, and production team on execution
- Make clear creative decisions that support both quality and pace
- Help deliver strong episodes without losing schedule discipline
